This is by far the most common comment we receive from our customers! Our products are made to be used. We carefully select wood species that will hold up to normal daily kitchen use.  Regular use of Daddy's Hands Board Butter will keep your board conditioned and vibrant for years!

No. Please don't ever put any wood items in the dishwasher. 

Wipe your board with a damp rag as soon as you are finished using it. Soap is designed to remove oils. Therefore, if you do need to use a drop or 2 of soap on your board, make sure to recondition once it's dry with Daddy's Hands Board Butter. 

The Build With Me line of projects are designed for aspiring woodworkers of all ages! Toddlers through adults have enjoyed building and painting their own projects!

We use easy to clean, non-toxic, water based tempera paints.

We designed our candy dispensers to work with any regular (small) mouth mason jar.  That way, if the plastic jar that comes with your kit is too small or happens to break, you can easily replace it yourself with a jar of your choice. 

We recommend turning your shirt inside out, washing it in cold water, and hanging it to air dry. 

We use USPS to ship most of our products. We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping method for larger items in order to save on shipping costs when possible. These savings are then passed on to our customer. 

Return /Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please contact us at daddyshandscw@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange. Returns are only accepted in the case of a defective product. All returns must be preapproved by us and postmarked within 10 days of the date you received the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels attached. Defective items will be exchanged with a similar product of equal or greater value.

To return an item for exchange, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us if the item is found to be defective.

PROCESSING AN EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
